Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Syria, Palestinian Territories and Gaza Strips, and Tunisia.

Mainly trade sale:- JV partners (buyback);
- Local players;
- Industrial players.

Join Venture
Euromed will invest mainly in JVs with the following features:- Italian or European company willing to purchase an interest in a company based in a target country;
- Italian or European company willing to make a green field investment in a target country.
- In both cases Euromed will invest in the newco/foreign company.

- Equity interest (minority);
- Participation in a privatisation tender;
- Development of new initiatives with “cross border” aim.
